Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — refund of cancelled ticket is not credited to the account

I have canceled the ticket with tsrtc holding ticket number 57590113 on 10th of may 2018. I have paid the amount using my icici credit card. Travel is from hyderabad to kallur.
But, i did not get the refund till now. I have mailed to the official mail id but no response. Even i could not connect to the customer care. Worst service by the tsrtc team
