Dear sir/ madam

While booking a ticket from hanmuakonda to hyderabad, on 27 may 2018 with hdfc debit card (For rs 287.00/-)
Pos 524254xxxxxx6680 tsrtc pos debit [protected], (Bus details : 8267 rajadhani a/c at 5:00am)

Money got deducted, but system did not issue any ticket.
Subsequently i was compelled booked other ticket for my journey.
Hence please refund my amount rs 287/-

Despite the forum instructions, I did mention my mobile number,

my complaint was in TSRTC money got deducted but ticket not issued by system.

Immediately after the call, the criminals started calling me, introducing them self as a Conumer board menmebers and asking me tell my Debit card number along with csv number.
I got almost more than 15 calls from such people.
i Have recorded few voices.

My Humble request to all, Don't mention your mobile number in the complaint.
Never share any details of your Debit / Credit card
