Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — refund of money & negligence of tsrtc | |||
I have tried booking ticket for 16/10/2018 from hyd to warangal on 15/10/2018. I have received the mail stating that payment was successful, but tickets were not booked. I have sent a mail to online. [protected]@tsrtcbus.in regarding this issue but there is no response except an automated mail reply stating that their person will resolve the issue. They don't have my contact number and customer care number[protected] doesn't even work to talk to any of their representative. It has been 15 day's from the day when money was deducted. Till now there is no update. Why to provide services without any facilities? Where are the details in the online website provided??? Other than unresponded mail i. D with a contact number which will not be answered. This doesn't seems like a government service. I was in dilemma whether i can receive the refund or not. No proper information to contact any of the concerned persons. Very pathetic situation. Was this information helpful? | |||

They have charged me 193 instead of 155...kindly refund my money...this is not fair n justice for the passengers...thank u
