Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — regarding rude behaviour and delay of time in starting the bus

Sir/madam,
Am a govt employee, i got into a bus in mgbs on 27/12/2018 which is going to tadipathri with service no. 1719 where i need to get down in kurnool. While getting into the bus at 8: 20pm driver assurred that it will start in 10min but he started at 9:15pm and in between the stops he stopped and wasting the time which is valuable for us. Please am requesting you to look into this issue.
