Visibility was very clear in the road at opp durgabhai deshmukh hospital signal when RTC bus driver tried to overtake my car and hit the left side back driver says it's very common and u have not died so take it easy is this the way to speak after hitting my vehicle .

I want an appropriate action on this please find attached driver photos and bus photos.
