Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — rude behaviour and balance also not settled

I caught bus from karimnagar to ramagundam which cost 46/-, i had given 50/- and conductor told 4/- will be given when the stop comes.
And he told godavarikhani has come, he didn't tell that about ramagundam has come to get down and while i getting down i was asking for balance he told first to get down and he didn't give the balance also.
I don't know what kind of person he is.
