Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — rude behaviour by driver

I'm travelling in vajra (Service number : 3072) on 19/10/2017. (From mp to varni chow rasta) i was late for 10 mins to board the bus. When i boarded the driver g. Ganesh started verbally abusing me. He was very rude to me. He scolded me. I told to him on phone there is traffic jam. It may take some time to reach the bus. But he never minded it. Please take necessary action on the driver.
