Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — rude behaviour of conductor while asking for the correct ticket

Traval from infotech to gachibowli daily, on day nov 21 i took the ticket ., it was 10 rps.,
But on nov 22 while asking the same ticket the conductor had given me a ticket from Waverock to ESCI worth rs 13
I askd him why, at that time he was shouting at me badly in the bus ., as i dnt knw telugu i couldnt argue with him.,
