Dear sir/madam.

My name is rakesh. I'm living at srirangapuram colony opposite to injapur lake. I took your rtc bus around 7:26pm metro delex (279- ap 11 z 7513. Rahimpatnam) bus at sagar ring road sigal to go my home but the conductor has punched the ticket from alkapuri to yamjalxrd but the driver didn't stopped bus at my requested stop and he drivrd the bus very rash. So please take action on this and please provide requested stop to my colony and thank you..

I boarded the bus at patny bus stop and sat in the sit with my earphones in my ears and the conductor was not even bothered to give me a ticket till I reached karkhana it was then I asked her to issue a ticket and she stared yelling at me and even lying that she came to me to issue ticket which was told a to be lie by a passenger who sat beside me

Jntuh to hi-tech City or Gachibowli or vbit there are no buses from 1-2o clock. We could not see not even a single bus at that time. Please look into this and take action against this. Because this is a major route where you can get more amount of money where bus pass people are rare.

Please allocate some buses for every half an hour from JNTUH to hi-tech City vbit Gachibowli
