Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — sudden breakdown of bus and negligence of the driver to inform to the people about that

This is bring to your notice that, today we were travelling back from hyderabad to bangalore, service no: 1069, driver name : n. V. S narayana, contact no:[protected], the bus had a sudden breakdown and the driver did not even inform all the people in the bus and was very negligent and he dint show any interest in arranging an alternate bus, that was 285kms away from bangalore and we had to travel by ourselves with lot of struggle to find the bus in that way. We need our money back, as the commitment was not fullfilled.
