Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] Refund amount not received for failed ticket transaction.

I had booked a ticket from Sircilla to Jbs on 22-Jan-2023 through TSRTC mobile application. Unfortunately due to network issues., the ticket was not generated but the amount(750 Rs/-) got deducted from my bank account.

I tried calling customer care multiple times & they replied "Refund is in progress". I even mailed them at online.[protected]@tsrtcbus.in detailing the problem but no proper response from them. It's been more than one month & still din't received the refund amount.

Kindly do the needful to get the amount refunded asap.
