Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — The bus has been taking a lot of time

Bus route: 16D from secunderabad to Balaji nagar(dammaiguda).
It has less buses i think the bus is not arriving even a lot of time. Seen I am waiting in A.S.RAO NAGAR around an 1hour for the bus. Even I didnt get one bus even now...
Take this complaint seriously and make sure about the bus. And increase the buses in the route
