We have booked bus service number 7080 which is from JBS to karimnagar and the bus departure time at JBS is 3:30am. We are waiting for bus at bus stop. When we checked with customer care they told us the bus is 2 hours late and TSRtc staff behaviour is very rude..they have cross questioned us like why you booked bus at online and we are not responsible for this.
This is very bad experience. We have tried to cancel the tickets since the bus was very late.. but tickets were not get cancelled. What can we do in this situation.. we have to wait 2 hours for our 3 hours journey.
Please check give compensation for us this bad situation
