Dear Sir,

I am writing to complaint about the recent string of poor bus service and Driver Rude behaviour and vulgar language.

I have travelled Hanmakonda to korutla, every time I will take ticket from Hanmakonda to Metpallly Stop why because my dropping location is after korutla godham road(old busstand), so regularly I will take next Town stop ticket. But today jagitial bus depo driver was not stopping the bus and scolding on me using with vulgar language.

Today bus Journey was so late due to Tier puncture. I started at 11:00 am but departure time is 4:30pm almost 5:30Hrs journey instead of 3:30Hrs. This is fine but your driver using vulgar language and scolding that you can give complain to anyone..

What kind of drivers as Telangana people havingbi don't know its very shamefull andi..his rude behaviour and vulgar language is Ridiculous.

Requesting you to kindly take action such kind of driver.

I've reserved a seat to travel to my place in a superluxary bus(number - 8178), but the people who are unreserved are also getting into bus such that I'm not feeling it comfortable . How come the conductor let the unreserved people inside the superluxary bus. Please do sort out the issue as soon as possible, the bus has just started from jbs .

I booked a bus from Hyderabad to khammam on January 12 of 2024 . And I'm supposed to get into bus at around 11 but bus came at 02 o clock in the midnight and I almost waited there for three and half hours and it's winter . And now I got rhinitis and feeling of nausea and I should travel for 5 hours from now . And I don't know why the bus charge is 15 percentage more on this day .

On date of 12/01/2024, service number of the bus (91814) journey from the Hyderabad to bhadrachalam(Time-10.00 pm to 5.30AM)... The bus driver was driving very rash and over speed... Please solve as possible as...

I have booked a bus to travel from Bengaluru to kurnool, the bus was delayed at first later i handed over the luggage to bus staff the bus staff was very rude he said if you have booked a ticket don’t you have sense to see the ticket number.. that rudeness even triggered me neither used a foul language neither a bad word later after sitting in the bus he comes near to seat and threatened me that as I’m passenger he is not doing anything other wise he would have shown me something else.. are you guys employing staff or goons

We have booked bus service number 7080 which is from JBS to karimnagar and the bus departure time at JBS is 3:30am. We are waiting for bus at bus stop. When we checked with customer care they told us the bus is 2 hours late and TSRtc staff behaviour is very rude..they have cross questioned us like why you booked bus at online and we are not responsible for this.

This is very bad experience. We have tried to cancel the tickets...

I booked ticket in TSRTC Ticket No 84330921 Service No 89578 Hyderabad To Kakinada 9pm key bus did not come even at 10.35pm Driver no is not in the message If you ask in inquiry they are talking rudely tsrtc administration is not good I am not Satisfied

I was travelling from Aramghar to Shadnagar on date 10of jan 2024,
Conductor of of misbehaved when I ask about reserved seats for women. She shoutout up on me and not allowed to to sit me up on the reserved seats.
It's felt like harashment

Bus no AP11Z6531 8A has not stopped at boats club bus stop on 10.1.2024 evening before him one ordinary and one metro went iam coming by running he saw in the mirror but he dint striped the bus why busses are not stopping at bus stop what is the issue this is my second complaint regarding same issue why not resolving

కామారెడ్డి నుండి ఎల్లారెడ్డి నిజాంసాగర్ పిట్లం రూట్ నందు తిరుగు బస్సులు ఏమాత్రం వేళలకు రావడం లేదు, కామారెడ్డి నుంచి రెండు నుంచి మూడు ఒక్కొక్కసారి బస్సులు నిజాంసాగర్ పిట్లం వైపు వెళుతున్నాయి. ముందు రావలసిన బస్సు వెనుక వెనక రావలసిన బస్సు ముందు బయలుదేరడం అంతేకాకుండా అందరూ నిజాంసాగర్ లో వెయిట్ చేసి మళ్ళీ ఒకేసారి మూడు నుంచి నాలుగు బస్సులు కామారెడ్డి వైపు వస్తున్నాయి దీనివల్ల కొన్ని బస్సులలో అధిక రద్దీ ఉండడం మిగిలిన వాటిలో అసలే ప్రయాణికులు లేకుండా రావడం ప్రయాణికులుగా మేము ఎంతో సమయం వేచి ఉండాల్సి రావడం జరుగుతున్నది.గంట నుండి, గంటన్నర రెండు గంటలు, రెండున్నరగంటల వరకు కూడా ఎల్లారెడ్డి నుంచి కామారెడ్డికి వెళ్లడానికి వేచి చూడాల్సిన పరిస్థితిలో ఏర్పడుతున్నాయి. నిజాంసాగర్ వెళ్లిన బస్సులు, పూర్వం పెళ్ళికి ఎడ్లబండ్లు వెళ్లినట్లుగా అక్కడి నుంచి ఒకేసారి కామారెడ్డి వైపు వస్తున్నాయి. మూడు బస్సులు రావాల్సిన సమయంలో అందరూ అక్కడే వెయిట్ చేసి మూడు ఒకేసారి వస్తున్నారు. దీనివలన అటు సంస్థ ఇటు ప్రజలు ఇబ్బందులకు గురవుతున్నారు. ఇది ఏదో ఆకతాయిగా పెడుతున్న మెసేజ్ కాదు కావాలంటే మీరే పరిశీలించగలరు. కావున తమరు పరిశీలించి తగు విచారణ జరిపి తగు చర్య జరిపించి మా ఇబ్బందులను పరిష్కరించవలసిందిగా కోరుతున్నాం.నేను ఇక్కడ 11 20 నిమిషాల నుంచి కామారెడ్డి వెళ్ళుటకు వెయిట్ చేస్తున్నాను.11:30 సమయంలో ఒకేసారి రెండు బస్సులు ఆ తర్వాత ఒక బస్సు మొత్తం మూడు బస్సులు ఇప్పటికి, నిజాంసాగర్ వెళ్లాయి అంతకు ముందు వెళ్లిన బస్సు అక్కడే ఉంది.12.20 సమయంలో మరో బస్సు నిజాంసాగర్ వెళ్ళింది. 12.55 నిమిషాలకు మరో బస్సు నిజాంసాగర్ 12.59. ఇంతవరకు నిజం సాగర్ లో పెట్టిన ఏ బస్సు వెనకకు రాలేదు పరిస్థితి నీ అర్థం చేసుకోగలరు.
01.02 నిమిషాలకు ఇప్పుడు ఒక బస్సు మాత్రమే కామారెడ్డి వెళ్ళుటకు వచ్చింది .

The bus was cancelled by the operator and promised to make the refund for the ticket but it's been a month now and still no refund was made

when i am travelling from Prashanth Nagar bus stop to Suchitra X roads in MEDCHAL bus on 6th JAN 2024 at 3:30 PM i found the driver was driving very Rash not stopping in bus stops and speaking very bad languages with passengers he was also crossing the signals so i want to make notice to you these are details of bus which i travelled

On 5th January booked parcel with my important documents in cargo at Kondamallepally, nalgonda to be delivered at Uppal X Road Office which takes hardly 2/3 hours. But till now not received, and saying it takes more 6 hours to reach, causing more tension for me about my documents. No proper contact number, Uppal office people yesterday told it goes to MGBS then reaches, now they are telling if you have such emergency collect from cherlapally center.

I did not understand why from MGBS to Cherlapally it goes when Uppal X Road is on the way to drop the parcel for delivery?

Very poor service, authority with no responsibility and accountability public services always disappoint customers like this only.

That's why we public though it is difficult approaching private services.

Bus number TS 03UC 7888 jan 05th evening 6.30 pm travelling from kazipet to warangal railway station a lady conductor taking bus fair from females even after showing the adhar card, says you are not eligible for the free ride
Tried to contact the toll free number and the mobile number written on the bus both are not valid
I hope the government officials look into the issue and take action on such illegal things happening around Telangana

On 03/01/2024 I and my friend tried to get into the above stated bus at champapet. But the bus conductor rudely and recklessly restricted me from getting into the bus and even shouted on me stating that this bus is not a city bus even after the Zero ticket facilities are being provided for women in Telangana state we were not allowed into the bus stating that he doesn't have tickets anymore therefore we cannot get into the bus, when I questioned him he abused me very badly in the public and shouted on me . I request to take necessary action on the bus conductor and also strict warning to be given to other all the bus conductors, and I also request you to make sure that this should not happen again with any other women in any other bus

1.near Tarnaka buses are not stopping when there is red signal JBS buses with these we are unable to cross the road.
2. Daily 8A and5k buses are not stoping at boats club bus stop and they are saying buses are not available what shall we do and talking very rudely with ladies.
3. On 2.1.2024 near alugada bavi bus stop Jbs bus driver has not stopped the bus and slowly he is driving and many o[censored]s get in to running bus itself and when we all ask about not stoping the bus the conductor is talking very rudely and he ask to go by auto and go and complaint to CM sir because of his behaviour pic taken and here by attaching the same bus no is AP11Z6218

Here by requesting to provide some contact no’s to raise complaint immediately against these type of drivers and conductors and kindly take action on these type of drivers and conductors. Hope so will resolve the issue immediately

Regret for poor maintenance though paid ticket fare of 2000 rupees.

Hi, I’m traveling from Hyderabad to Bangalore in Garuda plus, service number 8665 on 1st jan 2024. The issue is regarding maintenance of bus as there are small cockroaches near my seat and it’s so inconvenient to travel in the bus. The maintenance is not there though I paid 2000 rupees for ticket but the experience of travel is bad. Pls do look into this issue and address it. Ticket number for reference: 83375461
