Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — The Bus refusing to halt on the required stop and not taking passengers in.

TSRTC metro Bus no. 211 which was supposed to go to Secunderabad Station sped through the Risala Bazar bus stop despite the public waving hands, indicating it to stop. The conductor saw us just smiled mockingly, did not take any action to stop the bus.
Is this the way transport made for public should function? Please take some measures to atleast educate the great TSRTC drivers and conductors of the service for which they are hired.
