Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — ticket money not refunded

Hi, i had booked ticket to vijayawada from hyderabad. But at last moment, i received a message stating that the bus was cancelled due to strike and money will be refunded in 3-4 working days. It has been a month but i didn't receive my money. Kindly, solve my issue as soon as possible.

I have lost my bus pass day before yesterday and can I get a duplicate bus pass and it is valid till 7th December 2019 so plz accept my request and provide me duplicate bus pass as soon as possible
