Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Timing related and not concern about passengers

I’m feeling waste of time travelling in TSRTC.
Today (02/07/2023) I’m travelling from Tirupati to Hyderabad. At Tirupati bus started at around 11:15am. It has to reach Hyderabad by 11:30pm. Now the time is 11:48pm now the bus is at Balanagar. I need to travel from MGBS to Nacharam. Will I get city bus after I reached to MGBS. Who will take the responsibility. This bus has to reach Kurnool by 6:30pm but it reached 8:00pm. This late impact is affecting to my destination timing. This is not the first time it repeatedly happening in every journey with exclusively TSRTC. I need my amount as refund.
