Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Transaction failed

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on[protected] using TSRTC app. Rs 583/- was deducted but due to some technical issue ticket was not generated . Tried calling complaint number unfortunately I didn't get any response. Please help me out on this issue. I am mentioning details below.
