Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Unreserved people are getting into bus (number --8178 )

I've reserved a seat to travel to my place in a superluxary bus(number - 8178), but the people who are unreserved are also getting into bus such that I'm not feeling it comfortable . How come the conductor let the unreserved people inside the superluxary bus. Please do sort out the issue as soon as possible, the bus has just started from jbs .
