Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — use of air horns by rtc buses

My question is why rtc buses are using air horns instead of normal horns. I see lot of buses using air horns which are abnormal to hear and bear. It is causing lot health of issues and sound pollution. I saw many driver's unnecessaryly mocking the horns. The sounds are above the normal decibels. It is more near traffic signals and near bus stops. Please look into the matter.

It's been one week since I cancel my bus tickets (karimnagar to Hyderabad).There is no refund till now.Ref num-[protected].
Does it take one week for such big corporation do make refund??

I m from Bangalore I was to go to Hyderabad but the ticket cost of garuda plus bus TS08Z0214 there are taking an amount 1350 the actual cost is 833 but in the internet it is showing that tickets are not available
