Tsrtc onlin services are worst ever i came across. They cancelled all reaerved services and placed spl services at extra cost. They nit even informing to end customers that there sefvices hot cancelled. Atleast they shoild sent out an automated message to customers ghat there service got cancelled. And to get refund we need to followip like a #.. I think this is the reason tartc is always in losses.
