Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Very very late arrival and destination reached time

Service no 7976 on 27th Feb 2022, actual arrival at khammam is 10.30pm but arrived at 1.30am which arrived 3 hrs lately and actual reaching destination time is 7.15am but I reached at 10.30 am. Don't need your bloody apology but your action means a lot and show here. I lost very important thing in my life due to this punctuality less behaviour.
