Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Wanted to do ticket cancellation

I had booked the ticket to Hyderabad from ongole on 25th July but due to my granny passed away I had to stay back. So I asked for cancelation. But they said due to terms and conditions they can't refund it seems. How stupidity it is..at least they had to provide half of the ticket money
