Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Wrong Ticket issued

I have travelled from Aramghar to shamshabad on 18th may and gave 20/- to conductor, he issued 10/- ticket and not returned 10/- charge.

And the ticket issued wrong destination also.
