My booking no. is PMAD023AF229 and i had deposited advance payment of Rs 2999/- through cheque, Cheque No. 002301 (Union Bank of India, Anuppur).
I got a mail to upgrade the Model and i also agreed for it to pay extra Rs500/- at the time of delivery.
2-3 Times i talked to customer care but asked for send the item on early basis because i had booked the product and paid advance payment in the month of May'2012.
Now the situation is that the customer care number services are temporarily blocked and there is no way to get in touch with customer care about product status.
