[Resolved] Idea Postpaid Plan — without information outgoing and incoming closed

Dear Sir,
I,Sumit Dwivedi, mobile no.[protected] ( Idea postpaid plan),in yasoda nagar kanpur nagar sim want to complain against idea telecommunication due to without information my outgoing and incoming facility block while my postpaid bill of last month already paid.I complaint many times to customer care by phone but no any action taken by customer care till date.my phone incoming and outgoing facility blocked on morning 26 feb, but still time no any satisfactory action taken by customer care.

So I want to request u to plz take an immediate action for those consumer sothat my problem have solved.

Idea Postpaid Plan — STILL NOT ACTIVATE /OLD PREPAID ALSO FAILED

Dear Sir./ madam/

well it is be informed to you about my recent IDEA PREPAID which was supposed to be converted in POSTPAID.within the week this process is being done but last night suddenley prepaid registratin also failed.and offered post paid did not activate.i am totally handicap now and i am unable to call them too.

process started from FARIDABAD branch ( hariyana) handled by ms priyanka sisodia,
I am so sorry to tell you that it is absolutely nor cured to the customer.please see the matter and do as the priority basis.
if not I will go against the said branch to take action .
