Reliance Communications — Forceful deduction of balance from prepaid recharge

We are requesting to STOP sending PUSH messages several time and I am complaing on consumer complaints 3rd time.
My mother posess this mobile, mobile no. [protected].

whenever mobile is recharged balance get detucted which is causing problem to her. we have really lost our trust from relaince and whole family is connected through this mode . But unfortunately we need to switch to portabilty of this relaince connection and file a case against this kind of theft by Relaince company.
