Tata Docomo — wrong amount deduction | |
sir, i am from Rajahmundry and my mobile number is [protected](Tata Docomo) on[protected] at night 9:15 pm my main balance is wrongly deducted for usage of internet, but the problem is my main balance is deducted even though i have internet balance.I gave a complaint about it to docomo customer care representative. and they says that "you have used a chargeable website',but i opened Google and G mail only before balance deduction.so please help me sir.please sir take action against them for wrong balance deductions...please sir help me....
