Telenor — Activating vas services without my consent and deducting charges from account | |||
I am using telenor mobile no[protected] . Yesterday I got the message for activation of Fallow10 services on my mobile. I called called centre IVR and deactivated @11:30 on in the night. And I slept. When I wakeup in the morning again I got the same message of service activation Fallow 10. My net was also off. When I again called customer care they are saying you have only activated. I have not touched the phone & net was also off. How can mobile company activate the services and deduct amount from my account. This is not the first time. I am ready to go in court against telenor company. They really frustrated me. Please stop people harassing. Was this information helpful? | |||
