[Resolved] Telenor — Dedused my balance to 2 rs , unethical service, no responce on helpline | |||
Telenor was always a good service provider but since last month I have observed a lot of call dropping, signal problems and regular disturbance from their telemarketing calls and sms, but on 22nd june 2016 I recharged for 30rs in emergency on my number [protected] but my balance was reduced to rs 2 as soon as I recharged, I called helpline several times they say it is due to some news updates sms service which i never applied for, now they are not responding and I have spent almost 8 rs in calling helpline which is now a days chargable shockingly...TELENOR PLS REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY... Verified Support Jul 01, 2016 Uninor / Telenor Customer Care's response Hi Nits, as per our system check, VAS service (NDTV News) was renewed on your number on 19th June 2016, hence we won't be able to refund the amount now. However it has been deactivated and you won't be charged any further. Hope this helps you, please let us know, if you have any other query. Thanks.
