[Resolved] Telenor India — Deducting amount without any requesting of service | |||||
It is very common issue with telenor/uninor mobile service provider that if in our mob some of balance they are automatic deducted amount and, without ant request automatic they are started any service. Every time need to call for amount reversal. Also there customer service very poor, lot of time can not connect with them. And there customer care executive also behaving badly In a month 10-12 time amount deducted from my mob. Meaning is very simple that if we are putting recharge balance in telenor sim, they are deducting amount, So we are going to raise complaint in consumer complaints.
