Telenor Up East — Heavy deduction of balance from my number

Hello My Number is [protected] and this morning the balance was about 141 rupees in my account and 25 MB of 2G Data left in my account. suddenly my wife called me in office that all balance is gone within 3 hours and it is showing 1.40 Approx balance. I Contacted Telenor customer care through chat on their website they replied that this deduction is for browsing of videos. I don't believe my 6 year old daughter can not browse videos, My wife was busy in kitchen and daily routine household works, and even on 2G connection of Telenor nobody can play/browse online videos. I tried installing a 10 MB Update on my phone a month back on my phone and it was not completed overnight and they are calling that somebody had watched videos on the phone?? unbelievable Please help and I want to get my 140 rupees balance back or we are running about 10 numbers of Telenor in our family(I can provide the list as well) we will not recharge any of the numbers and switch to any other network. as I am not a liar and this will be injustice to ignore my problem and also i am a teacher and i will tell everyone not to use any services offered by telenor/uninor and i Believe i can convince at least 500 to 1000 persons.
