Telenor Up East — Wrong billing | |||
I have done recharge my mob number [protected] with data pack Rs 57 on 2nd May 2016, and it was valid till 30th May 2016, but it was deactivated before one day on 29th May 2016, could you please explain how the GPRS pack was expired one day before ? In Telenor they always do wrong billing, activate / deactivate any plan without customer consent. Please look into this matter and resolve the problem asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
