I got a call and they scheduled my telephonic interview by hr and there operational manager... And next day hr called me that you are selected for and your joining date wil be day after tomorrow.. I resigned from my current organisation and went for joining... After submitting my all documents and all joining formalities.. Now they told me that u r rejected in validation round... Wtf...
