[Resolved]  Teleperformance — FNF Not Released

I have not Yet recieved my FNF, I left the organisation on 12th april
firstly they said that I have not submitted the company's asset but I had sumbitted it on 19th march itself and later on they said that they have recievced the company's asset safely

But there is a BTO request raised in TP farm which needs to be closed for the FNF to be revised and that can only be closed by IT team only

So everytime I make a call they just say that It is forwarded to the concerned team and they will be taking care of it

I am not at all getting proper satisfactory response from the company's end Please help me
