Teleperformance malad west mumbai is asking employees to come to work forcibly or has to face hr intervention during lockdown3.0 and just to inform that mumbai is a red zone currently. Please advise any contact number or person/body to contact to complaint as they are not ready to provide work from home facility either during the current situation. The company is also not ready to provide insurance if we get infected at work. Please help.

Hi this side daman everyome know that our country facing covid19. My problem is teleperformance hr is not putting the epf existing date and my previous company money amount is transferred apart from that on of portal teleperformance is not accepted my banks detail.in this situation what may i do i am very worried.please help me last time hr said i will do correct everything but no response from there please help me this concern I have only epf money so please accept my complaint against teleperformance.

I am writing this email regrading the salary issue. I am an employee of teleperformance having employee id tpm522879 working in flipkart process at bestech business tower, phase 11 mohali. I am writing this regarding the salary issue of this month that our attendance was being marked as unplanned leaves forcefully. On the behalf of my batch (Fkm78), i am writing this to get help from you because we are not getting any update. As i am working with a well known reputated company whose motive is "each interaction matters". At this crucial time, when the whole nation is affected due to covid-19, company is marking our attendance as unplanned leaves. As our training had already been completed and also we had completed our final mock certification as well.in bpo industry, where all the revenue is generated by advisors only, at this time the advisors are affected financially where most of the advisors are staying away from their home. Not everyone works for his own, few are having the responsibility of their families too. So keeping all this in mind the company have to take care of their employees at this crucial time. M sending you this with hope of help, please help us asap in this regard. I will be very thankful to you. While having a word with my hr. Madhu, she clearly said that the company can't provide you the salary as they are unable to put their trust on us. She made this thing clear that you can ran away after getting the salary and that's the only reason for what they are marking our attendance as unplanned leaves. Or our trainer told us that for 31st march your attendence will be mark as (Present) but when me or my batch mates check their attendence in myhr it showing not verified from 25-3-20 to 31-3-20 or from 1st april in myhr our attendence marked as supl we asked from our trainer about this she said wait i will tell you or she told us about it after 2-3 days when we asked again she said it means sensation unplanned leaves. Is it correct?.. Or one of our batchmate dropped msg in group will we get salary of this month she replied 'no` or after few minute se deleted the msgs. If she is aware about supl then why she was miss-guiding us from last 20 days.. Also raised this issue with my hr team but they said that from the 23 of march onward to till your training start agains you are upaid to that days. I don't know what actually is going on how much days it takes to keep the training run beacause our training starts on 19 of feb to 16 march and also we gave our mock certification and final certification amd we completed our 5 days ojt also.
Please heap our (Fkm78-batch) for the issue i mentioned above.

I have given interview in teleperformance thought consultancy.I have given 2 rounds and in the 2 nd round of interview the oops manager told me interview is good from her end and she will talk to the recruitment team regarding this .After 2 days I contact the consultancy and the peson of consultancy told me i got selected so I was asking for offer letter so he said to me you will get it after lockdown and now suddenly the consultancy person told me your unable to crack the oops round .I am asking what's the wrong means what is the issue he does not tell me anything.He forced me to give another company's interview.Teleperfomance not giving correct information to consultancy or consultancy is fake.in opps manager round she told me everything about process.

I was a working in teleperformance since a year. Jowever, due to my marriage reason i decided to discontinue the job and resigned following all procedures, as i did not want to face any issues due to post marraige relocation.. However, my team leader coaxed and somehow convinced me that without me the team will not be able to do anything and their constant pestering made it difficult for me to refuse. They told me take 10 days leave and come back but please do not resign. I went home with marriage purpose and my mom got sick and i had other formalities to complete. I could not come at the specified date. However, i kept my team leader posted with all the latest updates. When i returned they black listed me and i have not received my salary since december. And they refused to pay me anything. I am feeling ashamed that i worked for such unethical company. How can they loot my own money, that too of a girl who has an ailing mother to look after. I have worked overtime. Never asked for anything extra. Even if i had fever, my team leader would ask me brazenly to work for couple more hours as their was always too much work and also he had the audacity to suggest you can wear scarf and work. Even teh ac was not controlled to help my case. Now i feel all my hard work gone to waste. And i desperately need money. That too of my own. For my own hard work and services i provided for the company. How can a mnc of this stature do such an unethical thing, it surprises me to extremes.

I am chhaya goswami and i have been joint teleperformance in ahemdabad on 11/2/2020 for drm prime process unity leader of my team kiran mam is worst person they used very bad words too me which i cant tell and they started to pin pointing me every day every minute and toucher me when i cant handle this kind of things daily and i am asking for resign they did not allow me to resign and finally i take action and do process of resign today and then they are said we are not pay salary for this 19 days and they did not pay me my 19 days of salary.

Hi this is rohit negi. Joined teleperformance mohali in dec 13. After having a clering the first certification. They called for ogt.in ogt. They said u take one 3-5 calls. But actuuly they doing to take call 50+. People who auditing the call r drunk and giving working update to seniour now they called for 12.00 for final certification after that they said u are not elligle. They take my card. And tell me to leave the organisation. They said u text wrong msg to traineer. And in traing also. Traineer taking to sunna lake with any reason. And all they seniour members r smokking and drinking in orgamisation. And working in the floor. Stupid organization. # people's. They don't know wht to do.

I am an ex-employee of tp gurgaon office. I am sorry if i am making this personal but i am facing issues with hr team.

I joined the organization in may 2019 and unfortunately i had to leave the organization because of two main reasons. 1) my right ear got diagnosed as otitis externa due to which my eardrum got ruptured and doctor advised me to take rest and not to use headphones and management was aware of the same, 2) the process was ramp down (Umm na)

Now the problem is that i am requesting hr team to update the exit date so i can take out my pf but i don't know why they are keeping me waiting from last four months. The reason of leaving was genuine and i already done with the exit formalities but still hr team is so irresponsible and inhuman that they don't want to reply me whenever i am asking about the progress on the exit date updation.

My wife mrs. Poonam bhardwaj is working in teleperformance for the past 6 years. Right now she is the quality analyst in the snapdeal process. She is pregnant.
Her office is in building no.219, okhla phase -2, govindpuri, new delhi.
She is proving her work and dedication to the company for a long period of time.
She also has won some awards related to her work. As a working women, she travels for work daily from dwarka to govindpuri for 1.5 hours just to do work.

But now a women named poonam bhatia (Asst. Quality manager - only 6 months working in teleperformance) in the quality department is continually harassing my wife and torturing her every single day.
Total number of staff in the quality department their is something around 4 or 5.
My wife's manager mr. Nitesh has left because of her, one girl laxmi has given interview somewhere else and leaving too.
Everyone is leaving because of the behavior she is showing in the office.

She passes comments to my wife like:-
1. You have communicable diseases, leave this company and get out from her.
2. Your future child will be a disabled one because you are disgusting.
3. I do black magic and will spoil your life and family if you will not do what i say.

She even blackmails her to give bad feedbacks to the advisor's level people and get them out from here too.
She do this forcefully and blackmails my wife to do these things and if my wife will not do than she scolds her unnecessarily in front of entire office.

My wife is pregnant and they are throwing her out just to resist her taking 6 months maternity leaves.
My wife is being working for teleperformance for so long fruitfully and happily till the time she arrived and distructed everything.

This is not the end sir, miss poonam bhatia also play politics and tell her head (Miss smriti) irrelevant things about her and others too.

I don't know why this is happening in such a reputable company like teleperformance.

Dear sir, this is my most humble request to you to please help my wife and do justice to her because i have been trying to tell hr in the department to do something but till now no steps have been taken.

My wife cries daily because of that lady, please do something sir.

My name is deepanshu mohanpuria, i was working for teleperformance mansarovar and due to some issues i was unable to resume my work after giving my notice. I was not paid my salary with the overtime amount. I contacted my supervisor at the time and i was retrieved but then the supervisor informed me the wrong shift timing and i was terminated even after reporting 3 days on the shift timing they gave me. For my full and final settlement i was told to call and when i did the payroll department informed me that my amount was in negative and the fact that i was retrieved is being denied. I am being told to pay an amount instead of them paying me back for my overtime or letting me serve the notice period.

I had joined Teleperformance gurgaon in Western digital process and i could not cleared that assessment and they said to me that your working days will be paid and they are not paying my salary. I tried to call many times in company but no one available in accounts department to give my salary.
this is very bad company. they said that they will transfer my salary into my Account. I want to know that why they are not responding of my phone call.
kindly help me to provide my salary into my account.

I came on my joining date i. E 20th september. Then, i got offer letter and i had done my pay roll. Now, they are not giving me the job. I did everything what they said to do. I am attaching my offer letter, letter of intent and some payroll forms. Offer letter has been verified by amritjot singh-assistant manager and manish kumar-manager. Please help me find out the solution.

This is to notify you an issue which i faced during the 11 th month in teleperformence mohali. I was having my exams had everything pre-planned, but due to tp tool error i was not able to apply leaves from system, as no tool was working niether my manager was able to initiate mail at that time. When i cam back i waited for almost one and half month for my i'd to activated, but not worked. So i choose to go for next job and asked for fnf. Now no one is ready to help everyone is just washing hands saying we can not do anything and asking me to pay almost 12 k for my experience letter. What was my mistake in this. Why should i pay. Help me in this really need someone to help me.

I really apologize that i have indulge my personal life during the work hours but atleast once should be given to me as i was working hard with tp family. The guy has the misunderstanding who complained about me even he is ready to admit face to face in front of the management that i was not worng.. I will be really happy if i would get once chance to work again with tp family. Looking for the positive response. Again i really apologize for what i have done.

I visited on *th of aug they denied to give me my reliving later that day pay roll employee rishab told me that i can submit my document and someone else will take my later on my behalf. After that i called payroll department n number of time no one answered my call. One of my freind current employee of teleperformance mohali visited payroll daily regarding my fnf and reliving later after delaying it for so many days all of sudden they said i am absconded. No one called me regarding the same i did my resgination formalities i handed over my i card to employee person and clearly said i do not want to continue and if i am absconded when i visited the payroll department on 15th of aug they should told me the same but no one informed the same now they are saying i should come again on 15and 20 of next month. I have worked for this company from june 2017 to june 2019 as a fulltimer and a partimer.
I ave found this company very employee unfriendly. As a lady i was always disrespected for my work and behavour when i would question the work ethics and salary cuttings for no reason.
They would harass me with work pressure and my health would detoriate. They have communal favouristm when it comes to giving jobs and letting people grow in the company.

A lot of ragging goes inside essential banking sector of teleperformance malad where people are stalking and bullying
Goes free at will. They stalk you every where inside even in toilets. I was harassed tremendously mentally with stress and communal bullism.

They would remove their personal anger on me.. I could not concentrate on my job. I resigned because of stress and a lot of bullism and no growth. My id is ii00066326.

Even for giving my post resignation due of experience letter and salary they have delayed by 1 month and only after my reminding them twice they had to give. I had resigned with one month notice..

I would request you to take strict action with te work ethics, professionalism and communal problem at teleperformance malad mumbai. Jobs are difficult to find and women have a harder time... We need a peaceful growth environment and not a violent place were you are physically and mentally endangered... This company needs to be stopped from functionally because of human rights and womens rights violation.

I resign on 9 feb 2019. But i am not get salary yet now. Hr is not support on this matter. They are saying that i was submit spot resign. But i give proper resign. I give 30 days notice period. They ignore it. After 6 month i am not get my salary. Hr says that it will take more 60 days for salary. Hr giving only dateline by that are not doing anything. I also send my email. But they says they did not find it. Then i agin send mail to hr personal mail id. They did not do anything. Please help for this matter.
