I was worked in teleperformance since 2 year my employee id is aa/0141/d/29508 there is a accm now he is mo in teleperformance and his name is jai prakash koori he is very cheap guy in this orgnaisation he is merried man and he have a one daughter in office he is sending a messages to girls and talk to her voulger and adult talk many girls complaint from him but here is a politics so not done anything for him in my issue those peapole had terminated me just becoze of i had a intigraty issue some one is logged in me in my seystem without my permission before my shift time and they had terminated me and blaiming me that you are broke our policies rule so we are terminating you and they are not providing you my 3 months sallery after my termination in gov. Policies this thing is mentioned if the company is terminated to his employee so company need to provide him 3 months sallery but they are not providing me any amount.

I have complained it in gurgaon but they guys are same they are not doing anything if i did not received any revert from you guys so i need to go to court.

I am an employe in teleperformnce from mohali.. my name is simranjeet kaur and my employe code is Aa/23422.. i want to said you thatt you are deducted my unneccesaary cab charges from december ... i already told to my TL and Manager but TL said that mail was raised but issue was not resolved yet ... so i want my 2000 rupees in my account within 5 days otherwise i will take a quick action on this.....

Teleperformance jaipur malviya nagar not to provide us, your flipkart incentive in egv wallet and knock out us on 3 months of temperory basic agreement.
Now what can i do, we want our flipkart egv amount.
My amount is 8500 and many others amount is pending.

I had contact with employee care of teleperformance, but they told we can't help with you for this case.
But there is happened some fraud cases with the work, and that all fraud cases our seniors is involved.
They told us to do that so what can we do, we will follow our seniors advice.
And one of the most thing they had to force us to do that, but we can't so then they do that and without fraud working we are good in our targets but after fraud with force we will get less scores achievement.

So kindly this request from many of lefty (Leved) cs agents side, please solve this problem as soon as possible and provide us our incentive.

My name is g. Priyanka worked as a process trainer for above mention company. I have applied for my pf it is rejected due to "transfer under process" with the present company. I already have an old pf number i have asked them to continue with the same. However, these guys have created a new uan number inspite of telling not to create the new one. I have been following up with them from nov - 20 but no resolution till date. I have told them that i need to withdraw my pf as my delivery date is near.

My emplyoee id is aa/0141/d/33469 i have worked for teleperformance for about 2 months in the microsoft us process. I was promised a salary of rs. 21000 (Which included some incentives) in the first month i was paid only rs 13000 and in the next month i was not paid anything. I had left the organisation on 26th of march 2018 because of the misconduct of the hr ms. Sakshi. She had earlier also made my life tough there a number of times. I feel that i am entitled to the salary of the month when i left as i left because of the misconduct from the hr.

As, i was affected by typhoid, i came to my home town. I informed the same to my seniors. Still they hold my salary for the month of august 2018.

This is about end of 2016, i was working for regular 10 month as i joined jan (2016) at the end of october i was gone through some emergency work so i took 3 days leaves and applied 2 days pl, and rest days lwp, due to some serious emergency it take 2 more days to came back, i sent sms to payroll team regarding that i will on leave on the particular day (But due to some technical issues the sms was not received by payroll team which was not my fault, when i returned, leaders told me that your profile is been deleted wait for 45 days and everything will be clear, after 45 days they told me that you are been terminated as not coming for regular 2 days with ncns, i appealed that i sent sms, i got screen shot o[censored]ndelivered sms and shown them as a proof to payroll team, but they igonored it saying the number of payrioll is not valid, how can it is possible??? As i was using that same number from last 10 months!! Well i was terminated and my salary of whole october month was put on hold with my experince letter which is still not recoverd no one has helped me regarding this issue!!! It was the one of the worst experince!!!

My name is deepak chadha. I am working in tp sitapura jaipur for last 9 months. I have raised a e-ticket due to some issue in qualtiy on 9th feb.2018. But no one provide me resolution ec and management team support only qualtiy team. Your employee care system is totally management care system. I am totally dissatified with seniors and i[censored] can help me out then only contact me or else kindly ignore it. They force me only for close my e-ticket.

I'm working in teleperformance c2paza malviya nagar in fk process as ccs and i also have experienced previously so tp offer me high salary as compare to freshers and its my 2nd month in tp today i got salary and i was seriously suprised i got half salary as they offered at time of appointment so it was seriously bad experience with teleperformance.. And i suggest everyone that dont join as employee in teleperformance because they making fool to there employers and on 30th and 31st january 2018 i request to my tl for comp off leave and no one tell about how to apply comp off and in my tprms it show ncns for 2 days and second my colleagues applied for url or lwp with registered number still it show ncns even they got received requeste notification and my employer id aa/0141/d/324642
So i suggest to every fresher don't go with teleperformance they don't hired people they make fool..

Bad experience working with tp indore. Even after leaving the organization they are making their employees fool.i am ready to pay the remaining dues and i want to complete my f n f from this company however they are not doing it as they are saying this is against their policies, legally any employee has the right to do the full n final settlement after 45 days at any time but they are saying they can only do this thing between 15 to 20 days,...

Teleperformance didn't giving me half month salary, i already told him related the issue, and they giving me only time, no solution they giving. I need my salary, they didn't understand what i feel right now.

I need salary for my sister treatment because treatment is schedule on 16 november 7purpose. What i am do right now. Please escalate my issue.

I got a call and they scheduled my telephonic interview by hr and there operational manager... And next day hr called me that you are selected for and your joining date wil be day after tomorrow.. I resigned from my current organisation and went for joining... After submitting my all documents and all joining formalities.. Now they told me that u r rejected in validation round... Wtf... Esa kha hota h... Join krne k bad ap bnde se boldo.. U r rejected bs khtm... Sala yha sb chod k gar chod k job chod k gae...

Sir malviya nagar c2 plaza team ne hme bhot paresahn kr rkha hai mai 12 days se daily wha jrha hu but abhi tk meri joining tk ni hue, mtlb in logo ne hmare life ka mjk bna kr rkha h bs, mera interview clear hue wha 12 days complete ho gye hai but wo log daily abhi tk mera interview le rhe h bs, aur abhi to kl ka interview or bta rhe h mujhe, mane 12 days me total 10 interview de diye abhi tk akhir ye sb h kya, mane army me bhi clerck post ka interview diya hai but itna process to mane wha bhi ni dekha aur na kbhi suna h abhi tk ki kise company me 10 interview hote h joining ke liye, teleperformance se aise expectation ni thi bilkul bhi

I was slected in teleperformance c2 plaza jaipur and go through the process of documentation. After then they call me for the purpose of training. But the don't started training and when i talk to management the said wait wait wait...
After 5 days the call me for training and i was in 22 batch. After 3 days the said that you are rejected. My training time was 4pm to 1 am.

They send me massage on 21 july 2017...

I complaint last week about the whole team, then they called me in evening and said that report asap. Then i went there and the interview goes on for uber process then in the end they called me and discuss about this and forces me to write an apollogy letter if you want to work or you may go. Soo i'm a fresher and i want this job soo i write the apollogy letter and and they said write that you (I) was soo frustrated/angry that night and this was mistake and in last they said write” if i do the same then company have rights to take action on me” now #manish kumar in last said go and come on monday now on monday j went there and meet, they said go and sit in the same batch 'fkcs' on yesterday all batches are divided again and my name in not come soo i went to mr. Dharamveer sir to know about the status they said you are rejected.
I join on 20thjuly and the now its 2nd july
Tell me is this gud for a person who thinks that private company are well maintained and do there work on time. I don't says that tp is worst i lisn from everyone that tp is excellent but except thec2 plaza malviya nagar bcoz the team management of thec2 plaza is worst you don't think how they work.
I've not any problems you can take any actions against me but before it check the team or meet the new batches there batches are divided in 10 days for 10 days they come and go nothing else.
If i'm wrong them take action but this is not wrong of this time i'm not angry and i written by my self that don't join c2 plaza team.
Audit the team sudden you find that i'm not wrong.

I am an employee of teleperformance cebu. I was hospitalized for 4 days, but before i was hospitalized, i informed the company clinic and my supervisor that i would be hospitalized starting that night, however, upon returning back to work, i was just told that i am tagged as awol and already due for termination. I asked the hr and they told me that i was tagged as awol just because i was not able to text each day that i would be absent. Even if i submitted the documentation upon returning back to work.

I was selected for fkcs on 20 july nd these guys calling me from 20 th. They started my training after 5 days. Nd after that on 28 the said that you are not perfect for fkcs and try for rebel. Nd after rebel assessment. They said that you are also not perfect for it. I am coming hear from 20 th nd today the decide that i am not perfect for particular process.
I don't know... What the seen in hr rounds.
Management of teleperformance c2 plaza is worst. They are not thinking about the goodwill of company. They just doing work like government organisation.

Den after 7 days my batches are divided den from 8th day my training is started for two days now the manger come and said u all are rejected please come tomorrow form uber interview.
