I've been working with this companysince last 18th Feb 2008 but till now i don't know proper salery structure. each & every salery show around 275 Rs less from gross salery. Each & every month Salery structure will be changed means No. of times it was change. Management is very poor. There are so much partiality in work environment like in promotion, R & R, Employee of the months award etc.

I was a employee at Teleperformance Indore and I like to share the environment of Tp. In TP your personal life and your relationship with your bf is all managers interest thing. They never even hesitate to ask you weather you have physical relation or not. And if not then your bf is not a man because they are... Even my manager not even ask this he is interested to lend my room for several hours to spend time with his gfs and in return he will grant me leaves. He is a bull #### and I am amazed to tell you all that he is now a ACCM.
In TP its a culture that if you want a promotion just sleep with your manager then it even doesn't matter weather you are a dumb.
I had faced a alot more situations like this and I requested Teleperformance to take care of their image because of these things me, my friend and my sister leaves the company as its like other people thought we are working their that means we are also a [censored].
