Complaint against Employer

Dear sir, I'm also a Employer of Teleperformance working in Jaipur (Rajasthan) Our Office Employer were using cell phones inside the office without permission. I had complained many times to the customer. but they are not taking any Action. a person usking his cell phone whole night Daily. His details. Name- Sawan Kr. Saini I.D- 16046 5th floor. please take srict action towards him....

tenure bonus laps

i am dilip mishra.and my emp id is AA/0141/D/1744.i am working with your organisation from last 19th may 2010 to till date.and i havn't got my tenure bonus of last three months due to non-communication of our HR dept. or other senior's.and kindly revert me about this query and relive my tenure bonus.i will be very thankful for your kind action.

experience letter are not provided now

hi sir /ma'am ,
i am working in a crm services company . the name of company teleperformance india pvt. ltd . the problem is that actually before 3 moths company was providing the experiance certificate to the employes but from last 1 month company is not providing the experiance letter and deny every time .they think want our employe not get success in other compant beacause there are so many company...

Not given proper clearification regards Salery

I've been working with this companysince last 18th Feb 2008 but till now i don't know proper salery structure. each & every salery show around 275 Rs less from gross salery. Each & every month Salery structure will be changed means No. of times it was change. Management is very poor. There are so much partiality in work environment like in promotion, R & R, Employee of the months award etc....
