Myself Rinita Ghosh, I joined Teleperformance India in March dated- 22/03/2023. I have worked for this company more than one month dated- 22/03/2023 to 30/04/2023 and I have not been paid any salary by the company. This time in between suddenly one day my ear hurts so much and I can't go to office that day dated- 25/04/2023 and I told this to my team leader that I will not be able to go to office that day because I have to go to the doctor. And after visiting the doctor he told me to take 3 month rest but he did not write it on the prescription. Despite being unwell I went to office for two more consecutive days dated- 26/04/2023 & 27/04/2023. But I got sick again in the office and I took permission from the service manager and come back home. After that I could not go to the office for a few days because my poor health condition and I sent the photo of my prescription to the team leader. As the month ended, it was time to get my salary but then my salary account was not activated by the office so my salary was not credited.

Despite of my poor health condition I visited my office multiple times and also to the HR room as many times as asked to go every time I went. Then my BHR Weny Chakraborty told me that my salary account is still on hold and my salary not receiving clearance because I was absent on last two working days (dated- 28/04/2023 & 30/04/2023) due to my poor health condition. Then when I said that I can't even join the office until I am fully recovered then my BHR madam said that when I join office again after few months I will get salary clearance. And my office ID card was also taken from me then. And I was also told that after that when I join the office again I will have to pay a penalty amount to the company. After hearing that I told my BHR madam that I want to join office again without taking leave but then I was not even allowed to rejoin the office. After that I tried to contact my BHR madam many times but she did not receive my calls. I also contacted Service Manager, Assistant Manager and Manager of my company and requested to release my salary but none of them helped me. It has been almost one month from the last date of my working day and I haven't got my salary yet. I want my salary for the days I worked . Please do needful.

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the unprofessional and rude behavior of HR Priti Sarkar(Mohali- flipkart blended L1 email process) towards the agents of this company. Her communication style and language were completely unacceptable and highly inappropriate.

I observed her using derogatory language and wrong words while communicating with few agents during a recent meeting. Such unprofessional behavior not only reflects negatively on the company’s image but also affects the morale of the employees. No employee should be subjected to this kind of treatment, especially from their own HR department.

I find her behavior extremely concerning and urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue. We need to maintain a positive and professional environment within the company, and such behavior negatively impacts on the performance of employees.

I request that a thorough investigation be carried out on this issue, and I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure that such behaviors are not repeated in the future. I believe that every employee deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and it’s high time Priti Sarkar was made aware of this.

please give me the feedback or else i have to complain in court or police regarding ur company.

Teleperformance has updated wrong DOJ against my UAN in EPFO portal causing dual employment. My DOJ was Oct 9th 2020 and DOE was Nov 13th 2020, yet They updated DOJ as 20th March 2021 as DOJ in EPFO.
I have been contacting them through their helpdesk, they said they have forwarded it to their PF dept. This will take more days and my current employer wants this to be corrected in 5 days else they will terminate me.

This is ridiculous of TP screwing my work career.
I need an immediate help.

CHEATER HR WHO BETRAYAL ME
Teleperformance HRs Malad Mumbai are lairs, they gave me unemployment in my critical time. i losed the job either side. I got Appointment letter from HRs and I resigned from Existing Company then Just before joining date HRs called me and said your Joining date postponed.After that HRs was not picking up my call i was worried because i had serving Notice period. But that Black heart HRs people came forward after Raised complaint on company portal. But Seniors ware also SAME CHEATERS. I was very shocked and Went in Depression for a month. I wish to GOD TO FALL THIS COMPANY LIKE CITIES wiped out AFTER EARTHQUAKE.

My name is Prajeesh M, I am working in teleperformance in last 6 months in Bangalore marathahali location SW and I got best performer award oct to dec 202, currently I am in L2 training baty in SBI process, Yesterday I confirm with my traininer and OJT manager for my today's login time and they are confirmed 10 am to 7 pm. I have logged in on time 10 am and one our Malayalam TL called Arjun shaji' came and ask me to logged out and come back on 1 pm to 10 pm. He treated me like a dog i don't want respect. But he can talk me like human. Asper my OJT head Sathya's confirmation I have planned the day and I have lots of plan after 7 pm. I refuse to login 1 pm, now they are tring to fire my out of the company. My TL Dinesh Kumar and HR Priya also supporting Arjun. They didn't check what the OJT or training team confirmed. Now they are holding my salary for Jan month and they are trying to fire me. Kindly check this issue with BHR Priya OJT head Sathya, Traininer Kavya, OJT SME Nanni, Teena. Please check this issue and do the needful.

I have been working with Teleperformance from last 2months.. i was being targeted during these 2 months, TL- Omkar Yevale, he was pointing me out for no reason and didn't even let me talk with my friends, he was controlling me, insulting me in front of me for no reason, did not even let me have my lunch sometimes just because i was late as if i am a labourer, just because i was behaving professionally, but not as they want, it was getting too much so i called my parents in office and the guy who is head Abhinav Shukul, literally called security for my parents, because we were complaining about his TLs behaviour, this is what the company is TELEPERFORMANCE.. I WANT SOME ACTION AGAINST THAT OMKAR YELAVE AND ABHINAV SHUKUL, I CANT LET THEM BEHAVE THE SAME WAY WITH SOMEONE ELSE

Company is located at Loma IT Park, ghansoli.. my sister is working there as a outbound telecaller and her TL is targeting her without any reason, she is getting marked as absent even if getting late by 10-15 mins.. not allowing her to take lunch breaks because she was late.. HR(Sonia) is not taking any action against the TL.. and moreover the company is not having any complaint box or department for this type of complaint nor they have any contact number on website and the one which have is a wrong number.. literally worst environment and expecting employees to provide loan policy and blah blah.. learn to keep employee happy and satisfied

I have been chasing the company for my BIR2316 for months now and HR has been neglecting the request since then. Initial request was made June 17, 2022 and has not been resolved to date. Employee id: 3072631

I am currently working with teleperformance with dropship flipkart process. I am working from more than 3 month i have only received only 1 month salary till now.employe id tpb.662766 while i was sincerely working each and every day I am suddenly getting a mail that (you have been not reporting to work since 24th august and later on I received mail that i am exited from organisation )when i received this first mail i have informed to my assistant manager, my hr and my team leader but today is 16 nov still i am asking for the date when i will be getting my salary there is no exact date given to me so kindly look into this matter.

Our training for CxLoyalty campaign WAHA started on August 16 2022. This is a travel account. Since the training day 1, the trainer would only discuss for a total of approximately 2 hours a day, some weeks a total of 2 whole day no training just logged in to our work PC. We did not take the nesting phase 1 and only went the normal training routing for two weeks. During that 2 weeks of supposedly taking calls, on its last 2 days the trainer would appear and discuss critical tool navigation (wspan) without having us do the drill one by one. He would just squeeze all the information into our heads last minute and would leave us with really small amount of tool knowledge, almost no tool skill. Then the 2nd nesting phase arrived, Monday we did not take calls again and on Tuesday, he left us witg a message on viber saying he would no longer be our trainer and that we should wait for our new trainer. Worst was, he left us with a schedule to go on avail, without a trainer! Most o[censored]s from WAHA were afraid to take calls, while few were forced to go on avail even messing it up. Wednesday, new trainer arrived but did not seem to hear us, our dilemma, and just instruct us to go on avail. He was like the former trainer who would appear once in a while. Now, some from WAHA already went NCNS. Some o[censored]s who were still hanging on tried to file ticket. Please help us and our team go a thorough training specially that travel account is no joke we might incur costly mistake due to little knowledge we had.

I was a trainee in teleperformance however i had late with valid reason snd ny trainer terminated me and i keep begging her please do not do it even cry to her she's not listening she don't have consideration although im always updating her in everything she dont care about her trainee her name is frecy lou please help me and do actions about it i dont wanna lose the job in teleperformance i been wanted to work in this company

After selection on 23th aug i didn't get any induction meeting mail it's been one month now, none of your employees is helping to get induction mail or receiving calls, i have completed all emails and submitted documents too but they did not respond me after my selection in there company

Hi, i am mohd ameenuddin aijaz, i was selected on 23rd aug in teleperformance and my joining was on 5tg sep 2022 but i didn't get any induction meeting mail or something and they are not even responding to there selected candidates and I am facing this from one month, from one month I was waiting for meeting link, what kind of staff do you have they are not supporting and processing meeting at the right time

Actually i applied for a job on 15th of june and got selected on 3 july and got joining letter on 9 july... Training start on 9 august but on 10 august i get mail for resigning without any information and i tell to trainer about this then she told me it's by mistake... It will resolved soon... And i am still on training... Today is 9th September but still issue not resolved and even not getting any confirmation just only thing we getting is empathy and hope from the senior's nothing more... And even main thing in this 3 month we even don't get even a single penny for this job and got a mail for notice period to pay 14000 to the company but still confused what to do...In short we have wasted 3 month for this job and still issue not resolve and even not confirmed about job ...waiting for response since over 1 month
