I have resign form teleformance on 14 of. July and completed ma resign period also but the company have terminated me by saying that in resign I have chosen non performance category because of that the company is terminating me.
If company is terminating me than why my Hr and tl told me to serve resign period.
I want perfect reason for terminating me form my company or else I will go tho labour court.

Hi Team,

Few days bck .. i was interviewed for google shopping process . I came across the opening through Abhishek’s reference . He told me its a wfh process. Later .. Shivani took the interview. The metal test . Then after clearing the metal test . I was told by shivani to be prepared for ops round which didn’t happen inspite of waiting for 2 days. She didn’t bother to inform me . I regularly tried contacting her btt she didn’t reply to the calls. Only she wrote will inform you . All this happened on 30th August. After calling her from different no . She informed me the batch has been completed. No one bothered to took my last round of interview. Is this the professional behaviour of such renowned organisation. I mean they all wasted my time.

Hii, this is Rushiya Begam Shaik working in teleperformance I didn't get my aug month salary and I don't have any updates from my bank about salary it's very irritating.please solve this issue as soon as possible my trainer name is mou das and worked in Mohali, punjab.my employee id is [protected] and phone number is [protected].

Already submitted my resignation on July 26th 2022. Have not received my full and final settlement and not even a single update despite multiple emails. Moreover my account has been blocked too. Managers and supervisors are not helpful. HR, Employee care and payroll team are not responding. Need urgent help. Or kindly suggest if I need to consult a legal advisor to fix this.

I have joined teleperformance company on 17-aug-2022 n i got the offer letter too but due to my adhar card number already registered in company my 15 digit employment code is not generating plz kindly help me out

I did send before my complain and 2 people called me and told me they will be contacting me again next day regarding to. But till now no one called. So please I will not come or submit my id or the headset till I know that you did take an action

I am an ex-employee of this company (Serco) joined on 21-April-2015 as R2R Manager in Mallory process and left the organization (Intelenet Global Services Pvt. Ltd.) on 9-Feb-2017.

I visited its office at plot number 408, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurgaon office on 18-Aug-2022 at 12:45 PM IST to meet HR and handed-over PF transfer request Form 13 duly signed by me at the security gate post confirmation from HR. I didn't receive any confirmation email or call or any update on the PF transfer request form.
I had been doing follow-up by calling them on their reception number[protected] but they don't entertain me and asked to contact HR whose numbers are not available with them.

A pathetic experience I had with this organization and not sure how to get the issue resolved.

I want help. Actually I have a complaint against Teleperformance company. This company is hiring candidates nowadays for Customer Care Support. But after all the formalities even they took our personal details from us like bank account details, aadhar card details, pan card details etc. and after taking all the personal details they said that I we can't hire you because there is no requirement. Me and some candidates have pit so much effort into this job like we bought a new laptop, we took the connection of wifi after all that at the last moment they said that we don't need you. Even we have offer letter too. They gave offer letter to us. Please register my complaint because we all candidates are coming from a middle class family and it's not easy for us to buy a new laptop and wifi connection suddenly.

I'm Neelanjan chakraborty I got selected for the teleperformance voice process after completing all the test but while onboarding filling my employee details it shows my adhaar is already registered with the company but I never worked before but three months back also I cleared the all test and i told the last hr I can't join due to some issue so after three months now again I cleared all the test but couldn't go further at onboarding as it shows my addhar is already registered so kindly resolve my issue Im looking forward to work under your guidance and company.

The HR sushmita, Bangalore, first contacted me regarding the customer support role (permanent work from home). I completed all the interview levels and got shortlisted. Then all the candidates were provided training through Google meet. During the first day of training she called me in the afternoon and asked me to leave the meeting immediately, and I did so. She told me that she will inform me when to join the meeting, but she never called or texted regarding the training. The next day I discovered that she removed my name from the list against my will. I called and texted her many times, she didn't answer any of them. She removed my number from the whatsapp group too.

Even after raising the issue there was no action taken by anyone .

Process trainer used to comment on the wearing of the employees and she asks to join her she will buy shirts from DMART of 250 Bucks each.

She does everything on the floor but nothing related to process, ZERO knowledge about Process .. I don't know why was she made process trainer.

Using of mobile for buying groceries to commenting on everyone.

I don't know why there is no action taken against her till now even after making multiple complaints.

This is the worst company I ever saw. Firstly I was paid around 22000 and above but now as I have completed 7 months they are paying us 19000 which I don't know why. They have the worst office culture in private sector. Most worst is there trasport faculty they don't even know how to talk with anyone they are illiterate, Egoistic and ofcourse rude at the same time. Firstly they force you to take there cab service from your own money and then they don't provide even better cab facility to you. What happens with me is quite regular now cab comes in my address and what they do it wait for 3 minutes and give you single call and then they move there cab even before your shift starts like my shift starts at 5 in the early morning and they start giving to call at 3.30 and ask you get ready in 15 minutes. Most pathetic culture ever, as female employees are not allowed to go and come on there own before 6 and after 8. That's alright if they don't allow you but at list provide a good trasport facilities to them. There staff are unprofessional at a high level they don't even feel before speaking what and how to resolve the matter. I highly erge the department to take an action against them and allow female employees to go and come self at any time as we can handle are situation on our own this is not the only company in India where females are working. I am here complaining against them because no one else have balls to do so. Thank you and regards Varsha

TP PORTUGAL is holding my July salary.

I have terminated my employment with teleperformance on 29th of July and the company still hasn't paid me.
On the 29th on July I have receive the payslip from the finance department without receiving the founds.
I have been trying to contact them via email and phone explaining that my pay was missing and they were not very responsive or able to explain why. A guy on the phone on friday 29th advise me to wait the 1st of August - yet still no payment.
I have been contacted them again and their last explanation was that they didn't relocate my equipment when I already informed that my equipment was in the office as I was working on site.

Line managers are also non responsive and the company is accusing me to have not returned the equipment of the business when I was working in the office and people have seen me bringing the equipment at work as it was the equipment I was working with.

I really need help in order to receive my pay and an explanation of their behaviour.

I was slected as per company rules and they communicated with me the company name is teleperformance
it was quiet difficult for me to give my one month time in the interview and slection process and imafyer I was slected they added me in training group and also on boarding was completed
I have all the documents with me
which state that I was slected for the job I have got appointment as well as offer letter and even got on boarding email but yesterday the trainer removed me from group saying that I was not slected in the interview.
I would appreciat action to be taken as I'm in need of this job

recently I received my offer letter and I accepted it whole heartedly, Just like it was my dream come true to work with teleperformance. But unfortunately I don't know why I was removed in the middle of training [ REASON WAS THAT SOME ONE TEXT ME YOU HAVE NOT QUALIFIED THE INTERVIEW]
HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE

The whole process take around a month and at the training date they told me you are rejected how it can be possible.
they should have informed at the beginning that you are rejected Not slected.

I'm requesting you to please help me in this matter. I'm totally depressed how this gone at the end of the day.

Hello Sir PRETHY BANG Ex Employed of Teleperformance in Malad location (Aspee House ) i have complain regarding BHR ( Amit Lad) i and my colleague (SAURABH SACHIN SURVE) We Worked but we got ZTP on 06/06/2022 (Monday) today 45 days became My Colleague didn't receive Salary yet now ..He already have word with BHR Amit Lad And Hr help desk they didn't gave any better response regarding salary of my colleague ..they said due to some assest issues due to TL(Benedicta Peter Shera) And Admin Team issues. The salary got hold they are not ready to give a proper word ...they are only giving a date ..which they are providing services are very pathetic ... Kindly Its a request please help him about this situation

I worked with Teleperformance for 6-7 months and left on april 26 after serving my notice period. I applied for ressignation on 29th march, so I didn't receive salary for the March month they said you will receive it all together after 45 days of notice period. I left and everything what I received was 21, 000 ONLY! My in hand salary is 18, 000 whereas 21, 000 CTC, They didn't give salary for one month and sent only of one month!! They stopped replying to emails and calls.

Not taking back after ML, After taking regular followups they are telling me after 16 months that they can't take me back

worked as a senior customer service executive in intelenet global services limited from Oct 01, 2018 to Feb 01, 2019 (which was taken over by Teleperformance).

Basically i belong from gujarat and was staying at Kolkata. After Covid pandemic company provide me system WFH. But due to some unforeseen events, within a week my uncle and aunt got expired, so forcefully i have to move to home town Gujarat. I also have submitted the hospital reports and bills to my reporting Team Leader Mr. Samrat. That's why i have submitted all system parts successfully to HR- Teleperformance Kolkata.

I quit the organisation without serving notice period. Now I'm in need of getting job in Gujarat and they are asking for reliving latter. It is my humble request to you to provide me the experience latter.
