TP Egypt branch witnessed the suicide of Nour Ashour on 21/12. The company is hiding it and burned down the cameras on the same day claiming it was an accident. He died because of a ### operations management. His manager wasn't allowing him to use the bathroom despite knowing he has a medical condition. Then decided to terminate him to save some bucks off him before it's bonus time. Such actions and inhuman stress caused Nour to commit suicide. The company then shared condolences on the official page AFTER A WEEK only when the news got leaked of what they did.
I would like to have the ### manager terminated and to compensate Nour's family. I would like a real investigation about the malpractice in Egypt's branch to avoid this again in the future.

I work with company for 1.5 month but they're not giving salary that's why I left the company and they are still not giving my salary

I have worked in teleperformance as a contractual basis. My contract is over and as per teleperformance I should get my salary after 30 days but it's more than 30days I have not received my salary yet where all employees has got their salary please escalate this matter

My name is Keisha Covington. I was just recently fired from teleperformance, after being told I was going to be moving from the UHC account to the UHC CSR position. I need the mailing address for the equipment and I also need a paid postage label mailed sent to me.

I’d like yo lodge a complaint to the ethics committee for several reasons. I never had an option called Member snap shot and emailed the account lead Erica Taylor asking that she fix it for me. She never responded and other agents told me she got their correct right away.

Also I requested 1 day off for a preschedule myomectomy surgery and they denied it. It was major surgery to my abdomen and they denied the request to be off. I received several messages from a Nicole Hansen stating I was selected to move to a new account. Instead I was fired.

My tenure of Teleperformance thane small balance coram batch was short lived, I joined the company in January 2021 and resigned on 30 July, due to constantly being underpaid than what was written in my contract. Before resignation i served the required 30 days probationary period and completed it, as it being my first job i didn't have any knowledge of the the days it takes for the Full and final amount [FNF] to be paid, hence in my exit interview i was told by the companys BHR herself that it would take 30 days and i would be paid in the first week of September, however in September i was not paid so i contacted the bhr and ignored me for few weeks and then told me to go call their Helpdesk which i did and was informed that it would take 45 working days for my FNF to be reimbursed of which I had to send multiple emails for their one sentance reply. Till date i have not being reimbursed as they give new excuses everytime i call them or mail them it has literally been 65 plus working days since my resignation. They firstly exploit their employees of their legal salary for the services they do as well as provide false information from their human resources head. And deny any payment of FNF by issuing any reasons which comes to their mind on that day.

I was employed with Teleperformance -Bangalore for 2-3 weeks, then i had to opt out due to false information, i have been chasing them for 4 weeks but there has been no response.
They have refused to acknowledge their mistake nor want to move forward and relieve me. I have been unemployed for a month and they dont care

I had gone through the entire application and onboarding process including, background check and work equipment recieved. I was emailed that I was fully cleared to begin training on October 11, 2021. The only step needed prior to training was a "tech check". By Friday Oct 8, I had not recieved anything regarding the tech check nor a link to start my virtual training. I email several people at Teleperformance more than once. I called and text a Recruiter twice from balance staffing agency and was told a manager would call me, no one ever did. I joined a zoom conference on 3 different occasions that was managed by Balance Staffing Agency that was held on weekdays for questions or help with onboarding. I was told then that the "tech checks" were behind schedule but that I should hear from them anytime now. I never did. Bottom line is I turned down 2 other offers in order to join Teleperformance. As of Oct 19, not one single person has ever made any attempt to contact me. As a result I have their computer system taking up space unnecessarily. As a result of no one answering any of my many requests for answers, I never was able to start my training/employment with Teleperformance. Additionally, due to their extreme unprofessionalism, I have suffered a financial loss. Just as important as my financial loss is my time wasted. I now have to begin my employment search all over again wasting even more of my precious time.

Hi. I believe that being a good example to an employee or a trainee is very important to any company.
Cause it will definitely reflect on the company. However, during my training with this Trainer, she showed rudeness to my co trainee. Wherein not only that he cut him off but was not being professional towards the other person who is talking. and that only shows rudeness. And this is so unprofessional, criticize him with a high tone with more than 50 trainees. This is so frustrating. Almost everyone is complaining about the behavior of this trainer yet no one has the initiative nor guts to report this. Scenarios like this must be reported and escalated right away.

Tele Performance is holding her previous 2 months salary & not paying the amount to her. They are holding because she wasn't able to go to the office because of her health conditions. She has already told the reason and also mentioned that she cannot carry forward working due to her health conditions.

She has also given her medical reports to the team & stated that she won't be coming anymore. Still, they haven't provided any positive response. The reason why I am sending you this mail.

Even in the trouble times they still hold her salary. She requested many of her uplines they said to pay but still haven't paid yet.

She really had worked hard so holding salary is not a good deed.
I don't want to create an issue out of it. So, requesting you again for the salary release.

I would be really thankful If you look forward to the matter yourself and help her in this trouble time.
If the response is still the same we will take our action because she really worked hard and we can't let the hard earned money go easily.

I was offered a job and was told my start date and that my equipment had been sent out to me. No equipment turned up, no links for training were sent to me and I had no idea as to what was going on. I tried contacting the recruitment line countless times but it is impossible to get through!

I had missed 2 days of training by the time Teleperformance contacted me and this was only because my recruitment agency chased it up.I was told that they had messed up behind the scenes and that I was missed off the start date and the next start date was in over a month!

David who I spoke to, then told me they have other campaigns they can put me on and
someone’s will call me back right away - they didn’t. I would not even want to work for a company that is this unorganised and unprofessional.

I resigned my job on your word that I had a job with you. I’m now unemployed as a result of your negligence. Disgusting service.
