I went for the interview but none of them had meet me and not even ready to take my interview.. One of the mam had took my resume but no reply came after, , , they are ignoring the people who are coming for interview

Hi I'm Moumita Biswas, from Kolkata. I'm in Axis Bank outbound process. So I have started working here from 20th Feb and from 1st July I'm not coming to office because of my mother is covid positive. So company said me I'll not received my salary until I continue again. And they also marked me SUPL on Sunday. So my point is am taking the leave for enjoying the whole Month or for an emergency purpose ? Even in lockdown period we came to office we don't even got WORK FROM HOME, so when it comes to employees facilities why they treat us like that ? As our payroll counted as 21st to 20th, so in that way I have worked 10days and also I have leave bucket for 3days so why I'll not get my salary on time infact it's an emergency time I need money and they said me I'll not receive my salary on time ! Which kind of behavior it is ? I request to you please don't hold my salary for this month you have the report I've completed all the facilities from my side please don't hold my salary, , I really need it

I'm working in Teleperformance for 2.5 years and recently on March 24, I(along with several others via a selection process) got moved from Amazon.in email process to Amazon.com MU process wherein I faced eye strains for continuous system surveillance due to chats and I spoke to my Team leader and the A.M. to help me get back to the email process however I got no help from them and due to which I also got ABS marked on my attendance for the first time in my tenurity. Then, after speaking to my HR in the month June first week, even that time I got no help rather I was threatened to login or else I will get terminated which forced me to put my resignation better than working under such management.

However, in the last week of june since the prime day requirement was over so we again got moved to email process. This states that there is no space for employee requirements, it's the management only who can take any decision without employee consent.

I hope I will get some assistance here. 🙏

Hi i'm a employee of teleperformnace india we had a referral drive where i referred 6 people in February and march respectively and they all completed 3 months but they are not credited any salary for the people i invited in February also i wrote a mail to HR and my TL but she always says wait wait wait and they also said if i resign and serve notice period also they will not give money hope you can solve this issue

I got to know about [protected]@ssna 2 months back.
i got hired and selected but they told me that process is on a hold . Then they showcase my profile in amazonSS.in and I got selected only validation was remaining but again they told me that process is on hold . On 15/06/2021 I got a update from HR Trupti that I am selected in [protected]@SSNA for which i was called on 16/06/2021 at Teleperformance (Mansarovar) @ 09:30am for trainning .
I waited at the office till 04:00 pm but no any information was provided to us, then I was informed to give a versant test @ 04:30 pm. No test was conducted, I then asked to Trupti (Hr) about validation process but then i was informed that i was not selected due to Typing speed for which i protested as i got good typing score and people who got typing score below me were selected.
Then no clear response was given by the Hr and I was told to reach out to Tarun (Hr Sitapura) which i did. Even he didn't had any answers to our questions as to why we are not selected and why there is no any valid reason given. All the responsible persons were behaving like they have a clear mindset to reject me. We were asking them that why we are rejected but, their was no response from HR team .
Then we all were informed to give a versant test without any preparations which is against rules a proper trainning is provided before versant test. Each selected candidate were trained for versant except me . They told us to gave versant immediately . They were behaving just like they are finding reason to reject me. i then gave the versant test today and scored good then all the people who were selected still i was not given a spot and was not selected with no proper reason. The only person who was supporting us was trainer chaitanya but due to orders of seniors he was not able to do anything for us .Even each and everyone is getting more then one attempt to clear test. But we got only one attempt . They are behaving very rudely. Even still HR have no valid reason why we are not selected . Even from last two month I have given more then 10 interview in teleperformance each and every time they inform me to be available for next round but it never happened . I took lot of leaves from my previous organisation for such an fake interviews and I suffered so much losses who will give compensation for that loss.
The Hr team is not professional, Mannerless, all the people i reached out to as mentioned above didn't supported me and This is a straight out Complaint against them. Their is no working culture in teleperformance( jaipur ) . Everyone is behaving arrogantly .

My name is Aparna Singh baghel, I've given my 1st round (Miss.Rakhi has taken then and 2nd round excellent (and also done with 3rd round very well in 11 th june senior of flipcart had taken my finall round of interview also he is so impressed my interview. but till now didn't get by them any response of joining letter or confirmation call, I Have been preparing since 20days, Dear Teleperformance team please help me and investigate this case, because i have given my very best regarding this post .

Have been preparing since 20days, and they are so rude that they have not tell the real reason why i'm not selected . I'm working in teleperformance from Jan 2020 till date. And honestly not recommended to anyone to join teleperformance. They don't care about there employee at all, all they want is production at any cost. No matter if a employee is not feeling safe at work, has some family issues etc etc ..
Even there operation manager don't have any respect for there...

With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I Sarfaraz Zakir Employee code [protected] was an ex employee of the company Teleperformance in Axis Bank Home Loan process Kolkata during date 22 August 2020 to date 1st April 2021. Few days after resigning from the company. I find a issue in resetting the password in UAN PF Account Portal. Because the HR of the company Teleperformance has registered incorrect mobile with my UAN NO and even my aadhar card is not link with my UAN NO. So because of this reason I am finding difficulty to reset the Password in UAN PORTAL.
Even though the HR of the company Mr sudipto is not helping me to resolve my issue. I tried several times to contact the HR but no proper response and feedback I am getting from the HR side, even though I have also mail several times to the HR of the company about my problem but no proper resolution or feedback is given by the HR to resolve my issue.

So, therefore I kindly request you to please help me in resolving my issue.

This is Gautam Singh, I was joined igsl on 17 aug 2018 in Kolkata Branch omega building, saltlake as a CSA. But in January 3rd 2019, My mother got paralysis attack, So i need to take care of her. So I leave the job. After 3 month I came back, But the tl said the job was no more. Today i gave an interview again in teleperformance, they said come with releasing letter. I didn't get any releasing letter. Plz help me out this.
