Not updating KYC details for EPFO

The company has no system o[censored]pdating KYCs for the EPFO section. The details were wrongly uploaded from the establishments end. Now when trying to file a claim, it shows a details mismatch at employer. And is not getting approved because no one can do it from thier end.
It's been a month now of this merry-go-round.

I haven't received my FNF salary as it's almost more than 3 months.

Regarding salary on hold and unprofessionalism of this organisation

forcing to come to office

Teleperformance malad west mumbai is asking employees to come to work forcibly or has to face hr intervention during lockdown3.0 and just to inform that mumbai is a red zone currently. Please advise any contact number or person/body to contact to complaint as they are not ready to provide work from home facility either during the current situation.
