Teleperformance — Correction of exit date in pf portal

I wish to file a complaint against my former employer for their failure to correct my Date of Exit in the EPF records despite repeated requests and follow-ups.

My EPF account currently reflects an incorrect Date of Exit of 01 January 2023, whereas my actual last working day and Date of Exit is 09 April 2023.

I have contacted my former employer multiple times through emails and other communication channels requesting them to update the correct Date of Exit in the EPFO portal. Despite several reminders over a long period, they have neither resolved the issue nor provided any valid explanation.

Due to this incorrect Date of Exit, I am facing significant difficulties in:

Employment verification and background verification.
Joining a new organization.
Updating my EPF records accurately.
Availing various EPF-related services.

This issue has caused unnecessary hardship, delays in my employment process, financial stress, and mental distress. The employer's negligence and lack of response have left me with no option but to seek intervention.

I respectfully request the concerned authority to:

Direct my former employer to immediately update my correct Date of Exit as 09 April 2023 in the EPFO portal.
Ensure that the correction is completed without any further delay.
Take appropriate action against the employer for their failure to address this issue despite repeated requests.
