Teleperformance — Fnf settlement and asset recovery

I was working with Teleperformance and left after completing my notice period i.e on 6th dec. I was waiting for my fnf settlement and letters but when I got the fnf it was shown asset recovery of 72000 the assets which were given to me at the time of joining I have return that on 10th dec for which I have the proof. I have contacted help desk many times but no response and try to contact my HR as well but no response and yesterday I got a legal notice that I have the asset if I don't submit then they will file a police complaint now I don't understand but should i do
