Teleperformance — FNF Settlement

Hi My name is Mayur Rajput I have worked for teleperformance for 2 months.
My joining date was 24th of June 2023 and my last working day was 31st of August. I mailed the officials about my FNF Settlement and they replied me on the mail that my fnf is negative of 14922/- .
I don't know what does this mean and why do i have to pay this to the organisation. Hereby I request you to kindly provide me the best solution for this issue and help me as soon as possible.
