I applied back in January for an online position with Teleperformance. I was previously employed with the company a few years ago and enjoyed my time working with the company. I was rehired to start working in January. The 1st issue was Teleperformance made an error with processing my paperwork so I was pushed back to February. After being pushed back I constantly made phone calls and sent emails confirming that all my information was correct and my address was correct to make sure I started on my correct day. Finally when the day comes I still have no equipment and they even mailed it to the wrong address after several verifications it would be mailed to my correct address. I just feel completely overwhelmed with this process and feel it is not fair to me that I have to wait because Teleperformance keeps making mistakes. Now we are in March and I am being told I have to redue all paperwork and verification process in order to start work? I would like to start working immediately and speak with someone who will be able to correct this issue immediately without me missing anymore days of work. My cell number is[protected].
