In May 2022, I had given interview in Teleperformance Malad and got selected and it was immediate joining.
After attending the induction half day, I got the offer letter to which I did not accepted and decided not to join the company and have not submitted any documents to them.
But they have created my PF account as they have my details as I was ex employee.
After multiple follow up they have marked the exit date 16th May 2022 in PF account which is same as joining date 16th May 2022.
I had given interview in other company and they are asking relieving letter for the service in Teleperformance for half day.
To which Teleperformance says they cannot provide as the joining and last date is same.
Which is affecting my future career also, becoz of this mistake by Teleperformance.
I have been following with them from last 3 months.
It is Teleperformance mistake, that they have created employee pf account with acceptance of offer letter or submitting any documents.
I have also asked them if I can pay charges to get the relieving letter.
