Hello Teleperformance Team,

Let me introduce myself.

I am ALOK CHOUDHARY, one of the best employees in Amazon.

Why Best Employees ? I was taking care of the Amazon.NA process from the first day and aware about policies, rules, customer handling and taking care of the best cases on the floor. There are 300 employees. Everyone knows my name from the start of the day. I learned alot from the process and as per my management words I was taking care of everything. If someone is doing wrong activities on the floor with the process which our FPA team was not aware I was handling that things also.

Let me go ahead with my journey in Teleperformance.

I was hired in the process in May 2020 when Amazon NA was launched. I worked on my Associate role maximum 3 to 4 months as I know after that I was selected for Supervisor or Manager Chats from My ACCM end. The guy who was my ACCM always wanted their people to go with a good process and scores. Other people are doing wrong things and we are taking care everytime and we are not able to meet our scores. I know why that was happening. We had already highlighted that issue in front of our CCM & Director but no action was taken. I was ready for any task because I loved to do that. As my assistant manager told me to never head down in front of anyone, do your best and get the best in your life and same I did in the process. I got selected for "ASSISTANT MANAGER CUSTOMER CARE". I was doing everything in the process and I was in my Training part for a Team Leader Role. I did everything whatever they informed me. As there are two team leaders already there, I was doing my job perfectly but everyday when I came back to office they told me that ignoring this part it's too easy to clear and giving me different tasks every day. But just for the process I was following that instruction and doing the same job that they informed me everyday. I was okay with that.

On my final day I got to know that I am not selected for that process because I haven't completed my Task due to these two "TEAM LEADERS" "RAJAT AGNIHOTRI" AND "PRANJAL DADICH'.

I am highlighting these names because these people are selfish. Being a good guy I was taking care of everything in process, Park Mining, Transfer Mining, No Mining, Taking Care there teams but when I got to know that these people are not good they are playing with my Job Life I was very frustrated.

I can take action against these people but I don't want to do that because I know these people have their families. I also have my family and I am still taking care of everything I already heard from lots of people for these guys but I was always believing in them.

I was selected for the EA Sports process but one of the teams called the Director to not hire me.

I have every message which was shared by the HR team that I am selected and waiting for the response from Manager end to share the relocation mail but on the last day of my training I got to know that I am not selected.

Then I got a call on June 10 by the EC Team that As I wasn't able to clear my Jump Certification there is a rule of Separation. They asked me to write an email and mentioned that I am not doing this mail without any force. I had call recordings for everything they asked me to do.

Our HR Team tried to hire me for a different process but I don't know why I was not selected as I already worked with the same process earlier. Symtech I gave an interview, Adobe I worked approx 3 years but as they told me due to communication issues I am selected.

"THIS WAS MY LIFE AND DUE TO THIS PANDEMIC IT IS RUINED AND FORCED ME TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION"
