I ordered a 16 GB spy pen by online on 28 Dec 2013 from the Tele Shopping product. That ordered spy pen received by me from the Gati courier on 08 Jan 2014 with closed delivery. when i open the pack then i saw pen' s neck is broken and then i check the memory space by pc that is only 08 GB . Please tell me what i do?
